HASP NOT FOUND
HASP DEVICE DRIVER NOT INSTALLED

If either of the above error messages are received when running RoboTalk For Windows, try one of the following steps:

HASP NOT FOUND

1. Be sure the Hasp, pictured here, is properly installed on the Parallel (Printer) Port of the computer. (The Hasp is shown in color for clarity. The Hasp normally furnished is white in color.) The Hasp will be packed in the same package as the RoboTalk CD and the manual.

2. Be sure that the Printer Port is operational.

3. The Hasp is designed so that the normal printer cable can be plugged into the Hasp. The Hasp will not interfere with printing operations.

4. The Communications Cable from the Mark III or Mark IV Controller plugs into the serial port on the computer. It does not plug into the Hasp.

HASP DEVICE DRIVER NOT INSTALLED

1. Insert the Rhino RoboTalk For Windows CD into the computer. Using the Windows Explorer, find the HDD32.EXE file and double click it to run the installation program. Or from the Start, Run, type d:\hdd32.exe and press Ok. (Substitute the drive letter for your CD-ROM Drive if it is not D:.

2. Just follow the on-screen steps to install the Hasp Driver.

3. Once installed, run RoboTalk For Windows.

Note: Be sure the communication cable (between the controller and the computer) is plugged into a serial port and not into the Hasp and/or parallel port.
